Natural honey
Orange blossom
Honey light in color and mild in flavor with a fresh scent and light citrus taste, with intense and delicate flavour, antispasmodic, calming, energetic.
Produced in the citrus groves of the plain of Catania in the months of April and May.
Eucalyptus
Honey with amber color, stronger flavored with a slight medicinal scent, anti-catarrhal and antiseptic in the respiratory tract.
Produced in the woods of Enna and Caltanissetta in the month of July.
Wild flowers
Honey with amber color or tending to light, fragrant, sweetener.
Produced in the hilly areas of Palermo during the months of May and June.
Chestnut
Very dark colored honey, spicy, rich in mineral salts and iron. Important for blood circulation.
Produced in the woods of Etna in the months of June and July.
Sulla
Honey with a yellowish color, sweetener and laxative.
Produced in the hilly areas of Palermo between May and June.
